Embrace Home Housing does not offer private apartments or single-occupancy accommodations. All programs are structured as supportive, community living environments. This model is intentionally designed to maintain affordability while delivering the highest value in housing and supportive services.
An individual who is a good fit for Embrace Home Housing:
☐ Is age 18 or older
☐ Has some form of consistent income (SSI, SSDI, part-time work, VA benefits, etc.)
☐ Is seeking stable, structured, community-based housing
☐ Is willing and able to live in a shared housing environment
☐ Is not in need of 24/7 medical care or constant supervision
☐ Is open to receiving support services such as life skills training, budgeting help, or goal planning
☐ Can follow basic house rules and respect shared space and boundaries
☐ Is motivated to work toward stability, independence, or recovery
☐ Does not pose a risk to themselves or others
☐ Can manage personal hygiene and daily living with minimal assistance
