Supportive housing program rates are not determined by room types or credit history. Instead, it is structured to address individual needs, support requirements and other factors that contribute to stability. This structure is designed to ensure that individualized needs are met and accommodated, allowing meaningful stabilization to take place.

The Differences
Affordability
The majority of participants pay 40–60% below market rent for the Hampton Roads area.
All-Inclusive
Program rates cover housing plus utilities, furniture, household items, internet, and other variable costs associated with living.
Limited Barriers
There are no requirements for three times the monthly rent, and eviction history or criminal background are not disqualifiers.
